I can crawl forwards and sit up on my own already, still wobbly at times, but mama very proud of me already... I have been having a fever, so sad papa not around to sayang me, so miss you know?

Hiking @ Bukit Timah Hill on Good Friday

It was a glorious morning and I woke papa and mama at 5am... so exciting... we are going to climb Bukit Timah Hill today! Its the tallest hill in Singapore you know? I wanna be the youngest climber to reach the summit today *silly grin*

We caught a lift from Uncle Richard and met the rest of the church members at the foot of the hill. There are a total of 20 of us and we decided on the Green Route. It took us a good hour to get to the summit and I dozed off after 10 min, hiking is such a tiring activity although papa is the one doing the climbing for me...

I was nicely strapped to a baby carrier in front of papa and snoozing all the way to the summit... When i woke up, can see all the sweaty and exhausted faces, esp my mama... so poor thing... Well, can't tell you much about the journey as i slept thru it *blush*

After the hike, we drove to KAP Mac to have BREAKFAST!! I had hot cakes!! Mac is yummy!! and I got to sit in my own chair and play with my cookie monster...

After breakfast, we headed home and washed up, than mama went for her scrapbooking class while papa and me idled around...

BKK, Here I Come!

Looking forward to my BKK trip... Can be with my dearest papa again... I love my papa....

Anyway, we spent the weekend at home, only went to Sun Plaza and jiejie house. Played super-girl alot... next favourite game was upside down baby... hehe but mama say por por ard cannot play, wait she get a heart attack seeing mama swinging me around just holding my ankles...

Will be going for my 6-in-1 jab in BKK and also for my ECG to see if the hole in my heart is getting smaller... must pray for me k?

Wonder if got anyone reading my blog in the 1st place. From my pictures, do you think I still look at boi? That day one lady in the lift say "The baby looks like a girl hor?" hey lady, I AM a GIRL, what u mean by I LOOK like a girl... *faintz*

I can do many things already. I can suck my toes, crawl backwards, turn round and on my tummy, starting to climb the sofa, and learning to get down from the bed to play on the floor.... So smart right? i also help to press the lift buttons, push the pram... so many things... So proud of me or not?

Papa came back last Friday night for the weekend!! Although it was 3 short days but it was GREAT! So miss papa you know? Now looking forward to 7 April where we will be going to BKK to look for PAPA!!!

BUT mama got so tired that she fell sick after papa left. Dunno is she tired or miss papa too much, love sick... Mama has a viral infection, so she is a super bug at home but I still so love my mama. Mama sick, so needs extra loads love from her little hunnie bunnie... I promise to try to be a little angel k? Just like newborn baby so inncent k?

on sat, mama, jiejie jolene and I went to Robinson to get a new pram as the old one was getting unsafe, the padding keep slipping off when i kick or shift my bum too much... So we got a new Graco Citisport in bright yellow. its much smaller and lighter than the one we had... mama also got a rain shield for the pram as the weather was getting tempremental...

we also got pigeon wet wipes which was on offer. than we headed down to Parogon fox baby where mama got me new clothes!! it was @ 60% off and mama couldn't resist it... of coz I also look totally adorable in all the little outfits as well... I am a little charmer... *silly grin*

I wakie at night so many times but can't seem to catch you around. i miss papa catching me in a towel when I come out of the shower, miss papa throwing my stinky diaper, miss papa teaching me silly bunny things...

you got miss me? I start eating porridge already and mama bought for me teething rusks to chew yesterday. I am a big girl already, if I promise to be a good little baby by finishing my food and sleeping more, will you come back and see me soon?

mama need you around too, she also very tired already, she rushes around everyday and hardly have time to have a good rest... She has to work during the day and look after me at night... I tried to be a good girl already, I sleep at 8.30pm nowadays to give mama more time to do her own stuff...

Mama has gone back to work, and now I have a new babysitter called Auntie LanHua... She is a nice lady but I miss mama so much...

She just complained to mama yesterday that I don't sleep and she can't do housework. Whole day just see me only :p She also says I cry alot everytime she bathes me. hmmm... she dun have mama skill in bathing... I only want mama to bathe me....

My this pose stylo or not? Mama teaching me to ride a motorbike, got loads of them on the streets in BKK. Its the cheapest mode of transport in BKK but we don't dare to try. Looks so dangerous, no helmet and they ride so close to the big lorries. *shudder* Don't I look like a little boy boy in this picture?

This is me with mama at my last Gymboree class, teacher is teaching me how to fly like an aeroplane. Papa says next time be a commercial pilot but mama says just get married to a pilot will do, no need to do the actual flying.

Happy Lunar New Year Folks...

This is my 1st CNY and I am looking forward to it... got lots of new clothes to wear, lots of people that carry me around and of course mama says got lots of food too, but obviously I am not entitled to any. I am still on a strict Isomil diet *hmmf*

mama got a new job, so we won't be going back to BKK with papa for the next 3 mths. she found me a new babysitter called "Lan Hua". she is pretty nice and she says she will cook porridge for me when I go over... hope she is a great cook just like my mama... my mama the best, even the milk she makes tastes extra yummy... I will sure miss papa loads when he leaves...

We have a very tight visiting schedule this CNY. Here is my itinerary for the next 3 days:

Kinder Clinic

Went for my jab on wed afternoon @ Kinder Clinic at Paragon. It was my 2nd dose of DPT and 1st dose of rotavirus. My pediatrician is called Dr Kumar, he is pretty nice and patient with me even though i took AGES to finish my dose of rotavirus (prevention against gastric flu). Its very gross okie, smells and tastes yucky.

Anyway my next appt is when I am 6 mths for my 3rd DPT, 3rd Hep B, 2nd Rotavirus plus my ECG. Bill came up to nearly $300. What you expect, clinic in paragon leh. But my mama says you pay peanuts, you get monkeys, so she dun mind paying more for a good doctor for me. Just like the last monkey (opps, doctor) who didn't detect my VSD. Thats the difference between $50 and $300 medical service.

Btw i am now standing at 62cm and weighing 6kg.

Mama brought me CNY shopping with Auntie Veron and we spent $150 @ Fox Baby. Every outfit was simply IRRESISTIBLY cuuuuuuuutttttttttteeeeeeeee!! *ahem* of course you have to check out the baby who is wearing it too lah...

now my wardrobe is mainly from fox baby, mothercare and oshkosh :) some of you may find mama wasteful to spend so much on me but its the quality and comfort that is more impt to mama. one of the main reasons that mama is going back to work is to provide a better life for me. she says her hunnie bunnie deserves nothing but the best. ~ i am so loved ~

one concept that mama and me cannot understand is that "you shd buy a bigger size, kids grow fast"... if all my clothes are of a bigger size, what do i wear NOW? so ugly to be always swimming in my clothes right? do u adults buy clothes or shoes one size bigger too? so silly right? if u folks like to wear fitting and comfy clothes, why shd babies wear oversized clothes and look totally ridiculous...

just my 2 cents worth...

btw we saw a romper yesterday that says "That's Not a Milk Belly, Its a Fuel Tank for a Poo Poo Machine" lucky mama cannot find my size, or else it will be so embarrassing to wear that out :p

Went for my jab at Phyathai Hospital and the doctor refer me to a heart specialist as she say she heard a heart mumur. So on xmas day, we went to see the specialist Dr Boonchop.

I was so scared and keep crying, in the end they had to drug me to do the ECG - ultrasound of the heart. I was than diagnose with a 4.1mm hole in my little heart.

The doc say must make sure I dun catch a cold or have a cavity b4 the hole closes or it will develope into sth very serious.

All of you must pray for healing for me k?

I'm a Gymboree Baby

I am currently attending Gymboree Core program at Future Park Rangsit every Sunday at 5.15pm. I have only 1 playmate by the name of Nom Pham. I guess Gymboree is not very popular with the locals here because its pretty expensive for the general public. But compared to SG, its CHEAP!!

I am now in Papa's office again in Ayudhaya. Last Fri we went to the other factory at Chong Buri, after taking 2 naps, we were still in the car.... the place is about 30 min away from Pattaya only, thats how far we travelled.... *snooze*

Opps, no pictures again, everything in papa's laptop, so cannot disturb him, he is working...

I am a big girl already, outgrowing my rompers, all a little tight. I am not fat k, just tall... envy me or not?

Next weekend is xmas already, papa bringing mama and me to BKK to stay *yippee* but the down side is that I am going for my injection *shudder* Hmmmm.... who on earth goes for injection on xmas eve? Me loh... can't help having silly parents...

The New Year weekend we have 5 days, also dunno do wat, maybe we will go pattaya...

We are planning a trip to Hua Hin during the Thai New Year in April next year... Papa and papa was talking abt Hua Hin last Sat, than they went to buy the papers, and guess what, there was a 10 page write-up in the Bangkok Post on Hua Hin, looks beautiful... and the best part is that its the Thursday papers...

We will be back in SG on 25th Jan 2006, miss u guys.... anyone picking me up????

Papa's Office

Hello!!!!

I am at papa's office now. Today went to future park to exchange the faulty frying pan. The lousy pan leaks... Than we went to Tesco Lotus to get a refund for the butter cookies we purchased... We bought 1 tin and they charged us for 3 tins... Silly cashier...

Since its was already 2 plus when we finished everything, papa suggested we come back to office with him. It was a good idea as mama can use the internet than... another reason is that papa needs mama help to close the accounts *silly grin*

Talk about my new place. Its called Navanakorn Tower. I am the charmer there. Everyone loves me *blush* When mama goes for lunch at the hospital canteen, all the nurses, doctors, security and cleaners will play with me while mama has her lunchie in peace. They all speak Thai to me... I can't understand a single word but I guess I should keep smiling at them to be polite *silly grin*

Oh ya, I can flip over already. From back to tummy and tummy to back... Mama says I am a little monster...

Oh, and I started my Gymboree class already. Lessons will be every Sat at 1pm @ Gymboree Rangsit. Mama and papa managed to negotioate my membership to be converted to S'pore when I come back home. We also got 10% off the membership, a Gymboree bag, a Gymboree journal and a Gymboree sunshade. Typical S'poreans hor? Go everywhere also bargain, even at a fixed price shop!!

Mama and papa has been busy writing word cards every night to teach me how to read. So far I have learnt about 20 parts of my body. After this, mama will teach me animals, things around the house and than books of the bible.

Mama also teaching me to pray. We pray every morning when we wake up and every evening before papa comes homes for journey mercy. Traffic in BKK is horrible...

New Home

Hi Hi Folks,

We have found a new apartment already. Its in the same building as the Navanakorn General Hospital. Its nearly double the size of the current apartment we are staying in.

It has a a sleeping area, living area and dining area. All in one room, just like a studio apartment. At least here mama can cook and I have more stuff to stare at!! Its about 15min away from Future Park.

Today we went to Robinson and Central to shop and saw so many pretty clothes. *drool* papa says once he gets his allowance we will go shopping. Hmmm...but now with the bigger place, wonder still count or not... :p

I won't have the internet access in the new place, thats the only downside, but well, can't have your cake and eat it too... I will try to post something at least twice a mth so that you all don't miss me too much right?

Lion??!!

Today, we went for a walk after dinner as papa saw a sony shop beside the overhead bridge. Anyway mama need to get some grocceries and tommorrow's breakfast as well. There are many many food stalls beside the road. All the big cars and buses zooming pass and people chomping down happily.... not dirty one meh? lucky I am still on 100% milk powder....

the thais seem to like to eat raw vege, there is always a basket of raw vege on every table by the road side stall... papa commented that it looks like grass hehe... they also add sugar to everything!!

oh ya...talk abt the lion i saw just now... on the way back, we had a shock of our lives us coming straight at us was a LION!!! mama just taught me LION this afternoon and I see one life-size on on the street!! oppps... on closer look, it was just a DOG that looks like a lion... it was brown and had lots of fur on the head like a lion's mane!! *phew* peed in my diaper...

I am getting to be a TV addict ever since I came to BKK. I watch HBO and Star Movies everyday. mama and i catch at least 3 movies during the day back to back... everyday also like movie marathon... of coz i do drink milk and snooze in between, dun have stamina like my mama!

I'm In Bangkok!!

Hi Folks,

I have arrived in BKK all safe and sound....

Hmmm... The plane trip isn't as exciting as I thought it would be, soooooo boring, I slept thru most of the impt parts like take off and landing... *yawnz* the only plus point about the trip is that my mama carried me tight tight thru'out the flight as we were experiencing turbulance...

I got a Goodie Bag from the pretty stewardess jiejie. Inside, there are 2 diapers, 1 pack wet wipes, A Snoopy toy and a bib. They even offered me a baby meal but I am only 2 mths old, so mama took it instead...

Okie, you all must be waiting for a joke right? Let me tell u this funny thing. As we were leaving the plane, one nice stewardess jiejie ask if she can be of any assistance, so mama asked "Can I request for a AIRPORT PORTER?". She said, "sure sure!!"

So me and mama waited and guess wat, the kind jiejie came back with a MILK BOTTLE for me.... hehehe.... you should have seen the blur look on mama face at that moment...

anyway, mama just kept the bottle and another nice jiejie helped carry my backpack and goodie bag to the aerobridge....

Its true that good looks can make life easier for you. Being the ever adorable baby *ahem* we were cleared thru immigrations via the "Thailand Elite" Lane and we breezed thru in 5 min. Later, as we were waiting at the luggage claim belt, a cute airport stuff helped us with our bags and pushed the trolley all the way till we meet papa!!

Its the nearest shopping centre to our apartment. It has Robinsons, Central and Big C. Quite big and very crowded too. Mama enrolled me in Gymboree class next week. Costs 5000 baht for 12 sessions plus 3500 membership fee for 5 years.

I am so tired, time to turn in... miss you folks...

3 days more before I go over to BKK to see papa!! mama has packed all my clothes in the luggage already. So for the past 2 days, I have been wearing over-sized clothes *hmmm* mama is a kan cheong spider...

it has been raining sooooooooooooooo often and I am enjoying the cool breeze. The best part of it is that I get to take a taxi to and fro to auntie liew's house! I love taxi rides! Mama says must give papa big muackz bcoz its his $$ *see, my papa loves me the most* I am his precious little hunny bunny...

Mama has been teaching me how to sing "Itsy Bitsy Spider" with all the actions! I show u k? Mama says I look like dancing the macarena instead, u be the judge k?

P.S. So? Like my dancing? Not bad for my 1st attempt eh?

Let me educate u parents out there on diapers...

1) Pls dun be stingy and buy the cheapest one, babies have delicate skin you know. There is a vast difference between Pureen (15 cents a piece) and Pampers Premium (42 cents a piece). What is are paying for is the QUALITY and of coz the cute cartoons.

2) Pls change often even though u bought expensive diapers. Pampers may brag that they can absorb 6 wettings, but pls dun wait till we really pee 6 times. You will end up doing a lot of laundry and don't blame us for it k?

I started out with Pureen (15 cents), than PetPet (16 cents), than Drypers (19 cents), than Pampers Dry (23 cents), than now I am at MamyPoko (35 cents). A Week W/O Papa Is An Eternity 2 Me

Time flies, its been one week since I saw papa... I miss him so much, esp when I take my milk at nite. Its always papa feeding me, now its only mama. I do love mama alot, but i also love my papa...

Today, mama brought me to buy an air-ticket to visit papa. So expensive, $209 for the ticket. So folks, my flight is confirmed. SQ64 on 25th Nov. Anybody sending me off?

After that we met Godma Jessy to have tea at Bakerzin @ Paragon, than went shopping around at Taka.

Papa, alissa miss you... *sobz* woke up in the middle of the nite and didn't see you. *sobz* Both mama and I didn't sleep well, both of us toss and turn the whole nite...

Yesterday after you went away, I was so upset that I cried all the way home in Uncle Alan's car. My crying made mama pretty upset too but I cannot help it. Mama says will bring me to find you in 2 wks time. How long is two weeks? Seems like forever to me... *sobz*

Went out for dinner today @ Sushi Tei with papa, mama and Maverick gorgor... They had so many colourful things to eat and I can only drink my soy milk... Life is so unfair!! *hmmf*

After dinner we went for a walk to find a HP for papa but can't find anything nice. Ended up at the Nissan car exhibition. All looks pretty cool but papa and mama can't drive. Mama ask me faster grow up and drive her around instead... *Wait long long okie mama, another 21 years only*

Anyway we went home early today, everyone is tired...

I am hungry... but no-one is bothering abt me... poor me swinging in the sarong, waiting for time to pass... thats the life of a baby... what to do...

Good day and happy deepavali to everyone. I dunno what is it all about but I like it coz mama and papa no need to work! So its shopping day again... We went out late today, around 4pm, to City Hall... Papa wanted to go Robinson to get some stuff. Than we went to suntec city and millenia walk...

Suntec City has a brand new baby changing room. I had alot of fun staring at the mirrors. Mama say I am a vain pot, but I can't help checking out the babe in the mirror *blush* ain't I the sweetest little thing...

Hmmm... got to go zzZzzz already, tomolo got to go Mdm Liew house again...

p.s. jiejie jolene, must study hard k? mama says will bring me back for xmas if papa has enuff leave, so dun forget my present k?

Papa taught me new stunt. Leopard crawl.... Its pretty fun at 1st, but it got pretty tiring after a short while. Can hardly keep my head up! Didn't managed to move but HEY, I am only 7 wks old folks....

Went to church and papa's angel bought me a dress! Yippee! we are having this angel-mortal game going on in church. Each person will have an angel watching over him/her and will receive presents every week. The angel's identity will only be revealed on Xmas Day. Guess who is my angel?

Shopping Day

Today we have a busy schedule. Lets run through the agenda for the day.

1) Mama to go for her post-natal check-up
2) Go ICA collect my passport
3) Go buy my luggage
4) Go buy my milk bottles and PJs

So we woke up nice and early to get ready. But as usual, after fussing around with me, it got too late and mama missed her appt with Dr Ang. Oppps, I know its my fault for having to poo poo just before going out, but one's got to go when one's got to go. *innocent look*

Hmmm, silly elephant trying to get attention away from me!! Btw, that elephant is a gift from my Godma Jessy. Cute hor, but of coz must see compare with who lah. If put beside me, of coz Alissa cutest right? *winkz*

Peaceful day, only drama is that I my diaper leaked and I puked milk all over my clothes and stroller. I didn't dare to cry as mama just changed me only. Mama was pretty upset seeing milk coming out of my nose.

We managed to get a big luggage and they provided delivery. Lousy fellow, there goes my taxi ride....

I am going to Thailand!

Papa just got a new job and we are all moving to Thailand for 6 months. Weeeeee... I will be taking an airplane for the 1st time. Although I still can't understand what an airplane is, but I am sure it will be just as fun as a taxi ride! Mama told me that it will be a big adventure for both of us but I have nothing to worry about as she will be there with me. *muackz*

Papa is leaving on 6th Nov night. Mama and I will leave later as papa still needs to find a place to stay but tentatively it will be end Nov. I will miss papa alot, no one to bully and whine to for 3 wks! *toothless grin* Papa must remember to buy my milk powder and diapers k?

Today, papa will go apply visa for all of us. Tommorrow we will go ICA to collect my passport, hope this time round we don't have to wait too long for it. Will bring papa to see the silly aunty who took my passport photo.

We also have to go shopping for a new luggage for me. Papa say I got alot of nonsense to bring. Hey not my fault that the little princess needs to doll up right? *bleh* I am sure mama has equally lots of nonsense to bring along...

All you gor gor, jie jie, aunty and uncle reading my blog, don't miss me too much k? I will be back for Chinese New Year! I also dunno what is it all about but mama says it will be fun with lots of people sayanging me. So it can't be bad.

I will still continue to blog if possible when I am in Thailand and get mama or papa to post my latest photos here. *big smile for the camera*

1st Day @ Babysitter

My dearest mama has gone back to work, so she found a babysitter to look after me for the time being. Today is my 1st day to the babysitter's house. Babysitter is called Mdm Liew.

Mdm Liew also stays in sembawang, BUT its still a long walk away from my home. Mama sent me over this morning and it took us 25 min to reach there. Phew! Mama was sweating away and had her new shoe caught between her drain. But the most important thing on her mind was that I reach there safe and sound.

I am suppose to stay there from 7.30am to 7.30pm from Mon to Fri. Mama kissed me goodbye and told me to be a good girl and that papa will pick me up tonight instead.

Mdm Liew tried to bathe me and I struggled with her. In the process, I scratched myself on the nose and started bleeding. *hope i don't get disfigured* Hmmmf... time to tell mama to cut my nails tonight. But I had a nice clean bath. Other than mama, Mdm Liew is the only other person who can clean me up nicely.

At 5pm, it was por por that came instead. Por por and Mdm Liew had a hard time trying to open the pram and had to call mama to ask for instructions. Finally, they managed to open it and I was on my way home again. It was a long journey home and pretty hot too. Por por hurry hurry...

Papa came home ard 7pm and mama came back at 7.30pm. I missed mama, only mama knows my needs. I cried and cried and demanded for mama to carry. Mama carried me over and fed me and changed my dirty diaper. Nobody except mama knows when I need a diaper change. Sigh...

Mama loves baby the most! How do I know? Coz mama tells me that everytime she sees me. *toothless grin*

Alissa's Trip to ICA

I bought my little sweetie pie to ICA on Sat to take photo and apply a passport for her. Having stayed at Lavender for the last 18 years, silly me still decided to go on a Saturday afternoon.

Well, I thought that S'poreans will be gracious enuff to let my little princess jump queue at the photo-taking place since she is only 5 wks old, but as usual, everyone managed to miss seeing her. Same case as when a pregnant lady boards the train, everyone starts sleeping.

So poor mama and bb had to stand in the queue under the scorching spot lights for 2 hours before our turn came. I even have to feed her standing up and carrying my bag and stuff. hmmmf... finally i was 3rd in line and the story begins..

Staff : Mdm, who taking huh?
Me : my baby
Staff : that will be $5.25
Me : can i pay later, I am feeding her, no extra hand to take my wallet out.
Staff : u have to pay before we take her photo, its the rules
Me : i will pay, but i can't reach my wallet
Staff : okie, but later when you turn, u have to pay before we take her photo
Me : *as if i so cheapskate* okie

finally, my princess turn..

Staff : How many months?
Me : 5 wks
Staff : Huh, so young?? Make passport for wat?
Me : Travelling??
Staff : okie, you put her sit upright on the baby chair
Me: huh? 5 wks how to sit??
Staff : oh, cannot sit yet ah.. than u hold her using 2 fingers behind her neck loh..
Me : okie *starts adjusting baby*
Staff : okie, sit still and smile at the camera.
Me : *confused, she talking to me or precious?* anyway i told precious to big smile for the camera.
Staff : aiyoh, can u ask your daughter not to stick out her tongue?
Me : huh? she 5 wks how to understand??? anyway, i told my precious to keep her tongue in her mouth *as if she understands*
Staff : can you lift her head higher, i want to see her neck.
Me : huh, neck? anyway i do as per instructed, but my little bundle of joy has not much of a neck to talk abt...
Staff : Can you ask your daughter to hold still?
Me: huh? i try k? *this lady obviously have no kids b4, how to get a baby to understand so many instructions??*
Staff : okie, hold still *SNAP*
Me : phew, finally....
Alissa : *starts crying*

after 2 long hours, we finally have 4 nice photos and when i went back to show off to the aunties, they all say "eh, why look like boy?" hmmmf...

1st Trip to Doctor

Today, my little princess is suppose to go for her Hepatitis B dose 2 injection. So I dressed her in a nice pink outfit and bathed her nice and clean. Wanted her to have a good experience going to the doctor so that she will not freak out in future.

We went to Wen & Weng @ Sembawang as its the nearest to our place. I wanted to go to the polyclinic, but nobody free to accompany me there, so we had no choice. *sigh*

There was only 1 ang moh ahead of us, but we still waited for a good 30min, wonder what kind of sickness he had? :p As we were waiting, a mother with 2 little kids came in...

Little Girl : Mummy!!!! *coughs coughs* See got baby!!!!!!! *high pitch screech* (she than plonks herself beside me) *coughs coughs*
Me : *looks ard for place to move, not going to let my precious catch her cough*
Little Girl : Mummy, *coughs* see baby so small!! (stretches hand out to pinch alissa's cheek)
Me : *immediately moved baby away and glared at the girl's mother*
Mother : Girl ah, sit here, don't spread your germs to baby...
Little Girl : Why must move? Baby come see doctor, baby also sick wat...
Me : *speechless*
Mother : just come over here you understand!

*BEEP* finally my turn...

Doc : So baby here for her hep b jab?
Me : Yes..
Doc : ok, let me check her 1st. (listens to heart, lungs, checks eyes, ears and nose)
Alissa : *starts fidgeting*
Doc : ok, everything fine, put her on the weighing machine
Doc : ok, abt 4kg
Me : *lousy doctor, dun even have a digital machine*
Doc : Put her on the bed and remove her bottom, hold on to her thigh
Me : oh no, she is going to cry..
Doc : don't worry, newborn babies are dumb, they dunno what is happening
Me : *pissed off* my daughter is very smart one
Doc : holds needles and pokes in
Alissa : waHHhhhhhh....................................... *tears flowing, nose dripping*
Doc : ok, everything normal, see you in 2 mths..
Me : ok..

topid doctor, say my precious dumb, you think I will come back again... hmmmf... shall look for a better doctor...

Today is PaPa's birthday!! Happy Birthday!! *MUACKZ*

Mama won a free makeover and photo shoot at NbyN, so we went to take the photo today. The package costs nearly $3000, so we declined and walked away with 2 free images. Crazy ah, with $3000 can do so many things leh, how can just splurge on photos!

Actually papa was tempted to sign up BUT BUT BUT the salesman was too pushy and said the wrong thing. He actually told papa "the offer is only valid today, if you don't sign up now, next time you pay double the price we also won't take the photos for you!"

Hmmmf, as if they the only studio in SG. Papa say he rather throw the money away than take the photos than. Of coz mama says if you wanna throw, than throw at me. She has big plans for the $3000! -hehe-

Later, the man tried to hard sell to mama instead which was a bigger mistake coz mama is not someone to be trifled with. I am the only one which can push mama around and bully her and she still calls me sweetheart and hunny-bunny...

Anyway here is the shot we took, don't all of us look great!

I am one day old today and mama is learning how to breastfeed me with the help of the lactation consultant. It was difficult for both of us in the beginning but I think we can manage as times goes by. If all fails, there is still that good old bottle of formula on the ledge. Actually, the problem is not with the feeding, its more on the burping part - see the photo and you will get my point!

Does she look like burping me? Looks more like strangling to me! But she is my mama, I know she is trying her best and she loves me lots.

p.s. *prays* God, please teach mama all she needs to know before she tries anymore funny stunts on me please. Amen!
